This course covers all the procedural issues arising in the international legal proceedings examined during the first semester. Based on the premise that procedures in the various dispute resolution processes raise the same type of issues (e.g. jurisdiction, provisional remedies, equal treatment, evidence and enforcement). This course reviews these aspects horizontally across the different processes. This course also acknowledges that there are differences and seeks to understand and explain them.
