Workshop on Legal Writing

This course will cover all forms of legal drafting with an emphasis on the necessary requirements for the practice of international commercial arbitration, mediation and the settlement of disputes. The students will acquire drafting skills from the perspectives of counsel, arbitrator and mediator.
