 |
Gustavo is an associate at Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler, where he focuses on investment and commercial arbitration. He obtained his first law degree at Universidad Di Tella in his home country, Argentina, where he is admitted to the bar of Buenos Aires. Following a semester-long academic stint as a teaching assistant at Universidad Di Tella, he continued his studies in the United States, where he obtained a J.D. at Columbia University and was admitted to the bar of the State of New York. Upon graduation, he practiced law at the New York office of a law firm with a heavy focus on dispute resolution, gaining experience on litigation and arbitration, both domestic and international. In the fall of 2008, he became a student of what was the first edition of the MIDS. Following his MIDS studies, he joined the law firm of Lévy Kaufmann Kohler, initially as an intern and later as an associate, where he has served as secretary or assistant to international tribunals constituted under the auspices of the ICSID, the ICC, the SCC, the LCIA and the PCA. In his leisure time, Gustavo also enjoys playing sports (especially football), studying history, reading literature, dabbling in philosophy, and learning foreign languages.
