Angelina Petti is an associate in the Geneva office of Schellenberg Wittmer, where her practice is focused on international arbitration and arbitration-related litigation. She is a U.S. licensed attorney and is admitted to the New York State Bar. In 2006, Angelina Petti graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was also a Notes & Comments Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. After graduating from law school she practiced in the field of international tax and advised multi-national corporations, partnership and hedge funds on a variety of cross-border investments. In 2009, she went on to earn an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies & University of Geneva School of Law.
Angelina Petti joined Schellenberg Wittmer as an associate in 2009, a leading Swiss business law firm with over 130 highly skilled lawyers providing in-depth expertise, with offices in Zurich and Geneva. She acts as counsel and as legal secretary to arbitral tribunals in arbitrations held under a variety of institutional arbitration rules. Her areas of specialization include construction and law, general contract law, private and public international law and ADR techniques such as mediation and conciliation. She has acted in arbitrations involving disputes relating to construction and civil engineering projects, distribution agreements, licensing contracts and the sale of goods and commodities. Angelina Petti is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association, the ICDR Young & International, the New York Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
