Alexandros Rammos is Lawyer (LLB, LLM), Sports and Public law specialist, former Assistant to Professor at the Athens' Law School. He speaks five languages; Greek, English, French, Spanish and Chinese and he is Research Fellow and executive board member of the "Hellenic Center of Research on Sports Law", member of the "International Association of Sports Law" as well as of several other scientific and sport-related associations and organizations.
Alexandros Rammos is lawyer from Greece, member of the Athens Bar Association, graduated from the Athens' Law School (LLB 2003), Sports and Public Law specialist (LLM 2008), having participated as a speaker in international conferences worldwide (International Association of Sports Law Congresses in Athens, Slovenia, Mexico etc) and published scientific articles both in international (International Sports Law Review "Pandektis") and Greek (Lex Sportiva) sports law journals. During the Athens Olympic Games 2004, he was appointed by the Greek Legal Council of State to the Ministry of Cultural and Sporting affairs as a trainee lawyer. Alongside his professional career, he had been designated as "Assistant to professor" at the Athens' Law School conducting research on public order and sports affairs.
From November 2006 to November 2007 he served the Greek Army as Military Translator and Judicial officer and from March 22 until the end of the Olympic Games 2008 he was dwelling in Beijing, invited by the Beijing Language and Culture University to study Mandarin in an intensive course, in order to improve Mandarin. During his stay in China, he had been invited to give lectures on European Sports Law issues at the China University of Political Science and Law.
Alexandros is able to communicate in five languages; Greek, English, French, Spanish and Chinese. Moreover, he is member of the "International Association of Sports Law", Research Fellow and executive board member of the "Hellenic Center of Research on Sports Law", member of the editorial board of the Greek scientific journal on sports law "Lex Sportiva" and member of the "Greek-China Organization of Friendship - Cooperation". His commitment to athleticism is also proved by his extra-curriculum sporting activity. Apart from having been track and field athlete, he is also ex-basketball referee and candidate basketball commissioner of the "Basketball Clubs' Association of Southern Attica", member of the "Basketball Referees' Association of Attica & Piraeus", ex-volleyball referee- Member of the "Volleyball Referees' Association of Piraeus & Western Attica", and Table Tennis Referee.
