Roberto was born in Paraguay and came to Switzerland in 1999. Step by step, he finished the High School (Sismondi College, Geneva), his Bachelor degree in Law and his Master degree in International Law at the University of Geneva.

Meanwhile the academic studies, he started to work as Assistant at the Permanent Misision of Paraguay in Geneva and accomplished different internships as well in the private sector in Geneva and at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Asuncion, Paraguay. Those activities gave him an overview of the international organizations system. This year, he began a new experience by teaching law at the Ecole Superieure d'Informatique de Gestion in Geneva.

During the above mentioned experiences, Roberto developped his areas of interests, particularly in WTO Law, Intellectual Property, Arbitration and International Organizations. He continues to improve in those areas by taking part to different training courses and Moot Court.
