After graduating at the University of Geneva (Université de Genève), Alexia started her Masters in Law at the University of Zurich (Zürich Universität) under a study exchange programme. Alexia obtained her Master's degree, granted by the University of Geneva this year (2008).

Throughout her academic career Alexia has focused on general matters of law and she developped a particular interest in international law, having followed courses on Economic Relations in Private International Law, International Commercial Arbitration, International Intellectual Property Law and World Trade Law during her Masters.

Alexia also attended a seminar on the American legal system at Yale University. During this seminar Alexia gained in practical experience through visiting jails, attending trials and speaking to judges.

Alexia took part in the prestigious fifteenth Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot on behalf of the University of Geneva. The competition counted 205 Univerties and her team is proud to have been awarded the second place for the memorandum of Respondent and the honorable mention for the memorandum of Claimant.
