Sevila Sanchez, Elena - Spain

Elena Sevila Sánchez graduated with honours from Alicante University Law School (Spain), and obtained a Bachelor degree in Politics from Miguel Hernandez University in Alicante. She has also been an Erasmus student at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin in Germany.

In 2008, she obtained a postgraduate degree (Diplôme d'études approfondies) in European Community law from the University of Geneva.

Elena's specialization lies in public international law and community law, though she complemented her international law curriculum with a diploma in intellectual property, competition law and information society law (e-commerce).

Elena Sevila has worked as a trainee-student in Eisenbeis und Jackstadt Law firm (Berlin). She also did an internship with the permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations in Geneva and has worked for a short period for the International Organization of Standardization, also in Geneva.

She speaks Spanish, French, English and German.
