Ms. Birgit Sambeth Glasner

Birgit Sambeth Glasner is a partner at ALTENBURGER LTD legal + tax and serves also as substitute judge at the Geneva courts. Ms. Sambeth Glasner has extensive expertise in arbitration and commercial mediation.

Biography:

Birgit Sambeth Glasner specializes in general corporate & commercial law, contract law debt enforcement & insolvency law, and particularly in bankruptcy liquidator litigation and arbitration. Her own practice extends to commercial mediation (Effective Dispute Resolution) and children law. She is Vice-President of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation (SCCM) Geneva, and Member of the Swiss Bar Association (FSA) and Association Genevoise de Droit des Affaires (AGDA). Apart from her activity as a lawyer and a mediator, Ms. Glasner is also substitute judge at the Geneva courts.

Ms. Glasner graduated from the University of Geneva and received her Master of Laws in International Banking and Finance from Boston University.
