Ms. Tanya Landon

Tanya Landon is a partner is Sidley's Geneva office focusing on international commercial arbitration and international litigation.

Biography:

Tanya represents clients in all phases of complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes before major arbitral institutions, including the ICC, the SCC and the LCIA, as well as before ad hoc and Swiss Rules tribunals. She has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in a wide range of matters, including shareholder's and joint venture disputes, license and distribution agreements, international sales contracts and construction contracts. In addition, she advises and represents clients in connection with the enforcement of arbitral awards, as well as execution and attachment proceedings.

Tanya also provides advice on international judicial assistance matters in Switzerland and other European countries, including Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK.
